News Topical, Digital Desk : Delhi News: An incident has happened in Raghubir Nagar, Delhi which will make everyone emotional. On the night of 18-19 May, at around 3:15 pm, Guru Gobind Singh Hospital informed Khyala police station that three people were admitted in a seriously injured condition. These included 29-year-old Kawaljit Singh, his 23-year-old sister Baljit Kaur and 47-year-old Kamal Kumar. But the biggest shock of this tragic night came when Kawaljit Singh died during treatment. There were many knife wounds on his body, which tell the story of this brutal attack.

Sister becomes eyewitness to her brother's murder

Baljeet Kaur, who is an eyewitness to this incident, told the police that the attackers stabbed her brother Kawaljeet repeatedly. Baljeet tried to save her brother without caring for her life, but the attackers attacked her and Kamal Kumar as well. After this, they ran towards the Gurudwara. Everyone's heart melts after hearing Baljeet's statement. A sister's passion to save her brother and then her passing away like this.

Incident due to old rivalry!

Police investigation revealed that the root of this incident was a four-five month old rivalry. A man named Ashu from Raghubir Nagar's R Block used to abuse Baljeet Kaur. Brother Kawaljeet slapped Ashu to save his sister's honour. Ashu took this to heart and along with his friends (some of whom are minors) hatched a conspiracy to take revenge on Kawaljeet. That night this conspiracy became a horrifying reality.

A case has been registered at Khyala police station

Based on Baljeet's statement, a case has been registered at Khyala police station. The police have arrested a minor attacker, while teams have been formed to search for the remaining accused. Delhi Police is taking this case seriously and is claiming to bring the remaining culprits behind bars soon.

AAP raised questions about security

This incident has also given the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) an opportunity to raise questions. AAP leaders said that the law and order situation in Delhi has deteriorated. Targeting the BJP-ruled MCD and the central government, they asked that when such incidents are happening at night, how can Delhiites consider themselves safe? AAP has demanded that the police should work more strictly and concrete steps should be taken to stop such incidents.

One family's pain, everyone's question

Kawaljeet's death has devastated his family. Baljeet's pain will be felt by every person who cares for his loved ones. This incident not only raises questions about one family but also on the security system of Delhi. How long will innocent people continue to be victims of such enmity?
