News Topical, Digital Desk : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who arrived in Gorakhpur for Makar Sankranti, held a public meeting on Friday. At the Gorakhnath Temple, the Chief Minister met with people, listened to their problems, and directed officials to resolve them promptly. 

CM Yogi appeared quite serious on the complaints related to land lease allotment in Janta Darshan and he instructed the officials that in whichever village there is a complaint of lease allotment for money, an immediate investigation should be conducted and strict action should be taken against the guilty.

CM Yogi listened to the problems of the people

During the Janta Darshan program, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to the grievances of approximately 200 people. He personally walked up to the people seated on the chairs, listened to their problems and grievances, and directed them to be addressed promptly and satisfactorily. 

The Chief Minister assured the people that the government is committed to solving the problems of every victim. During the Janta Darshan, a woman complained about irregularities in the allotment of land leases to the poor in the village. The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure strict action is taken by fixing responsibility wherever land leases have been granted in exchange for money. 

Instructions given to the officials for immediate action

In response to complaints related to crime, the Chief Minister directed police officers to take strict action against offenders. He also directed administrative officials to ensure that every eligible person receives the benefits of government welfare schemes. In this context, a woman expressed concern about her daughter's marriage due to financial constraints, and Chief Minister Yogi directed officials to arrange for her marriage under the Chief Minister's Mass Marriage Scheme. 

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told several people who came to Janta Darshan seeking financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses that no one's treatment will be stopped due to lack of funds. He instructed officials to expedite the preparation and provision of high-quality treatment estimates for those in need. The government will immediately provide funds upon receiving the estimates.
