News Topical, Digital Desk : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Shiv Shanti Ashram in Lucknow on Thursday (October 16, 2025) and paid his last respects to the head priest of the ashram, Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji. He laid a floral tribute on the body of Sant Shiromani and expressed his deep condolences to the mourning devotees present. 

On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath draped the mortal remains of Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji with saffron robes and paid his respects by offering flowers at his statue. It is noteworthy that Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji passed away on Wednesday.

Expressing deep grief over his demise, Chief Minister Yogi wrote in his social media message on Wednesday, "The passing of Sant Shiromani Shri Sai Chanduram Sahib Ji, a prominent religious leader of the Sindhi community and the head of the revered Shri Shanti Ashram, is deeply saddening and an irreparable loss to the spiritual community. My condolences are with his grieving followers. I pray to Lord Jhulelal to grant the virtuous soul a place at his feet and grant his followers the strength to bear this loss. Om Shanti!"

People present in the ashram premises paid emotional tribute

During Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath 's visit, a large crowd of devotees gathered at the ashram premises. Everyone paid heartfelt tributes and expressed their reverence for Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji. Devotees and followers pledged to follow the path shown by Sant Shiromani and talked about spreading his ideals to the masses.

Let us tell you that Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram dedicated his life to spiritual practice and service. He was a revered saint of the Sindhi community, renowned for his simple life, compassion, and loving sermons.
