Fact- The fluid components of blood replace within 24 hours, while red blood cells take a few weeks to replace. Healthy men can donate blood once every 3 months, while healthy women can donate blood once every 4 months.

Fact: It takes 8-10 minutes to collect the blood. Including screening and resting time, the entire process can take about 30-45 minutes. Most donors find it painless and satisfactory.
