
News Topical, Digital Desk : The Mahagathbandhan has announced the start of big rallies and yatras in nine divisions of Bihar on several issues including special intensive revision and crime in Bihar. Now the place and date for its start have also been decided.
The journey will start from Rohtas on the second day of Rakshabandhan
Giving information, state Congress president Rajesh Ram said that on 10th August, the second day of Rakshabandhan, this yatra will start from Rohtas through a public meeting. On the same day, the yatra will reach Aurangabad and Rahul Gandhi will stay overnight in Kutumba assembly constituency, which is Rajesh Ram's constituency. On the second day, on 11th August, the yatra will start from the Dev temple of the same area and will reach Rafiganj where a big meeting will be held and on the same day, the yatra will go to Gayaji and after Gaya, the yatra will move towards Nawada.
Rajesh Ram said that very soon a list of the entire program will be prepared and all the details will be given to the media. He said that the recce of all the routes where the yatra will go has been almost finalised and some more is yet to be done.
Today the route is being surveyed in Ara. We have been preparing for this for the last 15 days. The name of this yatra has not been announced yet. When the details of the route will be given, the name will also be announced on that day, but this yatra will run for 15 to 17 days as a voter rights yatra.
He said that it has been decided who will come in this yatra. On the first day, Rahul Gandhi will start from Rohtas on the 10th, so on that day our national president Malika Arjun Kharge will also be present. Meanwhile, Bihar Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru said that Priyanka Gandhi will also be present in this yatra on that day or any other day. In this yatra, Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi will be together almost every day.
'More than 65 lakh people's names were deleted'
Apart from this, all the top leaders of the alliance partners will also participate in this yatra. The Congress in-charge said that the way the names of more than 65 lakh people have been deleted, we will go out on the streets and tell the people how the Election Commission has become an agent of the BJP and tried to usurp the rights of the people.
