News Topical, Digital Desk : Big IPOs Soon: The year 2026 is going to be a busy year for IPOs in India. New-age technology companies, consumer brands, and major unicorns are preparing to enter the stock market. In the coming year, IPOs from several high-profile companies will be in the focus of investors.

Zepto IPO:
Quick commerce company Zepto Ltd has confidentially filed draft IPO papers with SEBI. The company's potential market debut is expected between July and September 2026. Founded by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Zepto received $450 million in funding led by CalPERS in October 2025, valuing it at $7 billion. In FY25, the company's revenue grew to ₹11,109 crore, although losses widened to ₹3,367 crore. In mid-December, Zepto added 1.2 million weekly active users. PRISM (OYO Parent) IPO: PRISM, the parent company of hospitality platform OYO, has also confidentially filed draft papers for an IPO. The company has received shareholder approval to raise ₹6,650 crore. A potential listing could value the company at ₹7 to 8 billion. After shelving its 2021 IPO plan, PRISM expanded globally and acquired US-based G6 Hospitality. The company turned profitable in Q1 FY26, and Moody's has given it a stable outlook. PhonePe IPO: Digital payments company PhonePe has also submitted IPO papers to SEBI through confidential channels. The entire issue of ₹12,000 crore could be an offer for sale. Investors like Walmart, Tiger Global, and Microsoft could sell their stakes. PhonePe's operating revenue in FY25 was ₹7,114.8 crore, and losses narrowed to ₹1,727 crore. Flipkart IPO: Walmart-owned Flipkart has taken a major step towards an IPO in India. NCLT has approved Flipkart's shifting its holding structure from Singapore to India. Under this, units like Myntra and Flipkart Marketplace will be merged. Flipkart IPO: Wearables brand boAt is preparing for its second IPO. The proposed IPO of ₹1,500 crore includes a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,000 crore. Fractal Analytics has received SEBI approval for its IPO. Curefoods, Rentomojo, Cult.fit, and Shadowfax are also preparing for IPOs.
