Turmeric

Chia Seeds
According to Dr. Saurabh Sethi, a gastroenterologist trained at AIIMS, Harvard, and Stanford University, eating dry chia seeds can cause bloating and can lead to choking if swallowed without soaking. Their high fiber content can cause digestive problems in some people.
- How to eat: It's recommended to soak chia seeds for at least 30 minutes before eating them, and limit your daily intake to no more than 1-2 tablespoons. They can be added to yogurt, smoothies, or oats to reap the maximum benefits.
Garlic
