He said that the first proposal will be a "condemnation proposal", in which the terrorist attack in Pahalgam , Jammu and Kashmir on April 22 will be strongly condemned. Let us tell you that innocent civilians were targeted in this attack, which Atishi earlier also termed as a "cowardly act". He said that the Delhi Assembly should condemn this attack in the strongest terms. Through this proposal, the Delhi Assembly can also demand from the central government that it should further tighten the security system in Jammu and Kashmir, so that such incidents do not happen again.

We will honour Operation Sindoor in the second proposal- Atishi

Atishi said that the second proposal will be presented as a "Thank You Motion", which will be to express respect and gratitude towards the " Operation Sindoor " recently conducted by the Indian Army. Atishi said that this operation was a decisive action against the terrorists and their supporters, which has further strengthened the sense of trust and security among the countrymen.

He says that we want to salute the Indian Army through the Delhi Assembly. Their courage, dedication and sacrifice for the country is beyond words. This proposal is an attempt to pay respect not only to the army personnel but also to their families, who make immense sacrifices for the country every day.
