News Topical, Digital Desk : Shocking news has emerged from Kalyan, Mumbai. A college student hanged himself at home over a Hindi-Marathi language dispute. The deceased student has been identified as Arnav Khaire. The Kolsewadi police in Kalyan have registered an FIR and launched an investigation. While traveling on a local train, some people beat Arnav for not speaking Marathi.

The deceased youth was a resident of Tisgaon Naka in Kalyan East. According to reports, he was hit by a train while traveling to college in Mulund. This led to an argument over speaking Hindi and Marathi. Four or five people severely beat Arnab Khaire during this argument. It is claimed that after this beating, Arnab Khaire, under mental stress, committed suicide by hanging himself at his home.

Police started investigation into the matter

Kolsewadi police have launched an investigation into the incident. A special discharge report (ADR) has been filed. Arnav Khaire's father, Jitendra Khaire, spoke to the media about the incident. "My son, Arnav Khaire, left for college as usual," he said.

He was experiencing severe jolts on the morning train. "So, brother, please go a little further; I'm still feeling the jolts," Arnab said to a Hindi-speaking boy. Another passenger then slapped Arnab directly on the ear. "Can't you speak Marathi? Are you ashamed to speak Marathi?" Jitendra Khaire said, "My son was telling me this out of fear.

Student beaten up by group of passengers

A group of passengers on the train not only beat Arnab but also threatened him. Arnab was supposed to get off at Mulund, but he got off at Thane because he didn't want to escalate the fight, Jitendra Khaire said. "My son also left, but such things should not happen again. There should be no debate about language." Currently, the police have filed an ADR report based on the student's father and are investigating the matter.
