News Topical, Digital Desk : A major accident occurred in Rajkot, Gujarat, on Sunday. A speeding BMW collided with a scooter near Crystal Mall on Kalavad Road in the city late last night. The scooter rider died on the spot.
According to initial information, a black BMW car was speeding last night. It struck two-wheeler rider Abhishek Nathani, who was riding a scooter. Nathani fell to his death at the scene.
The car and scooter were blown to pieces.
The collision was so severe that both the car and the scooter were severely damaged. Upon learning of the accident, people from the vicinity rushed to the scene and informed the police.
Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene as soon as the incident was reported. However, the young man could not be saved. Police later sent the body for a postmortem. Police have registered a case against the BMW driver and have begun investigating the matter.
