After this incident, State Congress President Ajay Rai removed Yunus Chaudhary from the post to protect the party's image from getting tarnished. After removing him from the post of District President, now the member of the Disciplinary Committee of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee and former MLA Shyam Kishore Shukla has expelled Yunus Chaudhary from the party for six years. The reason for this is that State President Ajay Rai had sought clarification from him in the viral video case, the answer to which he has not sent to the Disciplinary Committee.

The girl's mother has filed a case
in this regard. The girl's mother has filed a case against the accused Yunus Chaudhary for molesting her daughter. Political heat has also increased amidst the hustle and bustle of the by-election in the state. In this case, RLD has condemned this act of the former District President of Congress and demanded strict action.
