With this, the hope of America getting a female president also faded. If Kamala had won, a woman would have become the President of America for the first time in 236 years. Trump is the first president who has become president by defeating female candidates both times. He defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

Now the question is that in the US Presidential Election 2024, when there was a close contest between Trump and Kamala, Kamala made women's rights an election issue. 1. Questions on Kamala's leadership ability

Kamala Harris had difficulty proving her leadership ability right from the beginning. In 2020, Joe Biden won the election and became the President and Kamala Harris the Vice President. Due to Biden's age and being in power for a long time, Kamala did not get a chance to establish herself. Due to this, she could never become an effective leader like Obama or Biden. She also got the command late during the election campaign.

2. Kamala's speeches could not do wonders

During the elections, Kamla had to face criticism for her speeches. People called her speeches 'word salad'. Kamla was never able to leave an impact on the common people through her speech.

She was not able to give a clear message about her issues like Trump or Obama. Due to this, the voters did not trust her ability. On the contrary, Trump was successful in attracting the voters directly through his speech.

3. Kamala did not have a counter to the 'Trump' card

5. Discontent among Democratic people

Democratic voters were not very happy with the nomination of Kamala Harris as the presidential candidate. Democrat supporters were already angry that the party could not provide strong leadership to the country in the last four years.

6. Economy and tax policies

The American voters found Donald Trump's understanding of strengthening the country's economy better than Kamala's. Kamala also failed to understand the sentiments of the middle class in America.

7. Prejudice against women leadership

America is the world's most powerful and oldest democracy, but despite this, not a single woman has been able to become president in 236 years. American voters, especially men, do not want to see a woman in a powerful position like the president. 

Here, male voters do not trust women's leadership as much as male leaders. This is the reason why Kamala got a lot of support and votes from women, but male voters supported Trump.
