Muzaffarnagar. The mood of the weather changed on Monday morning. After several days of sultry heat, clouds covered the sky and then it rained heavily. The rain that lasted for about an hour brought relief from the humid heat, but people had to face problems due to waterlogging in many areas of the city.
The Nagar Palika made several claims of cleaning the drains, but the rain exposed these claims. It was cloudy since Monday morning. The rain started at around quarter to ten in the morning and it rained heavily for about an hour.
