Kanpur News: This is the third consecutive train incident in Kanpur, in which every time an attempt has been made to damage the running train as part of a conspiracy. When the Kalindi Express train, which left for Bhiwandi from Prayagraj, reached near the railway track of Shivrajpur in Kanpur, an LPG gas cylinder was lying right in the middle of the rail track. It appears to be an attempt to blow up the train with a blast.

The incident took place on the railway track of Shivrajpur area, just 30 km away from Kanpur Central. Although this line is under Bareilly division, but an evil conspiracy was hatched to blow up the Kalindi Express passing through here at 8.30 pm. In which an LPG gas cylinder was kept in the middle of the railway track along with a flammable substance and white colored chemical in a glass bottle.

The driver of the passing train applied emergency brakes after seeing the cylinder lying on the track. But due to the speed, the engine of the train collided with the cylinder and it jumped and fell far away. It was fortunate that the cylinder did not explode while colliding with the train, otherwise the railway track would have been uprooted by the explosion and the bogies along with the engine would have derailed.

Investigation started and track also started

During the accident, the train was stopped for an hour and the officials were informed. After which all the passengers sitting in the train got terrified and the police and GRP officials along with the officials of the Upper Railway also camped at the spot. Investigation started and after collecting evidence, the filled gas cylinder of eight oz which was damaged after colliding with the train was seized and the Janak team also confiscated the chemical and white powder filled in the sack.

Investigation has been started as it may be a terrorist conspiracy. Forensic teams and dog squads are also present on the spot. After this incident, Additional Police Commissioner Harish Chandra said that there was no damage. The railway line has been opened and the train has been sent off and the suspicious material has been seized and investigation is being done. The railway team is also investigating while keeping a close eye on all aspects.

Before this incident, a truck fell on the railway line from a height of 40 feet on the Gujaini railway track, through which Chitrakoot Express was about to pass. If the truck had fallen while the train was passing, it would have been a major accident. Earlier, 22 coaches of Sabarmati Express had derailed due to hitting something in a suspicious condition near Govindpuri station. All these incidents are pointing towards a big conspiracy.
