America's newly elected President Donald Trump has included Indian-origin Sriram Krishnan in his team. Trump has named tech tycoon Sriram Krishnan as senior policy advisor for Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The number of Indians in Trump's team is continuously increasing, even before this he has included many Indians in his team.

Trump announced several appointments on Sunday. After the appointment, Trump has also issued an official statement. He wrote, 'Sriram Krishnan will work as a senior policy advisor in the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy.'

• Krishnan shares a close relationship with billionaire Elon Musk, having collaborated with him to revive X after Musk acquired the company in 2022.
• Krishnan, a technology industry veteran who has worked at giants like Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, Yahoo, and Snap, will work closely with David O. Sacks, who has been named the White House AI and crypto czar.
•  Krishnan was appointed General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz in February 2021. In 2023, Sriram Krishnan was selected to lead the firm's London office, his first location outside the United States.
• After this, he left it in late November. He also gained recognition as the host of the podcast 'The Aarti and Shriram Show' in 2021.
