Dhamaal is one of the most hit franchises in the comedy genre, whose fourth installment is awaited. Dhamaal 4 was announced in November last year. The rest of the star cast including Ajay Devgan and Arshad Warsi had also started shooting. Now a new update has come about the film. Dhamaal 4 is not just going to have a tadka of comedy, it can also have action. This is because a dangerous stunt scene has been shot in the film which gave goosebumps to even Arshad Warsi. Later, Ajay Devgan came forward to help Arshad to complete the shooting of the film.
Actors were scared to shoot the scene
According to a Mid-Day report, along with adding a tadka of laughter, some such sequences are being shot in Dhamaal 4 which has filled the star cast with fear. Last week, while shooting at Malshej Ghat, the actors expressed concern about a dangerous sequence set on a cliff. Arshad Warsi had to shoot the scene and he was refusing to shoot the scene out of fear. Later, when co-star Ajay Devgan assured him that the shoot will be done under his supervision, the actor agreed to shoot the scene.
VFX was to be used first
The report states that the directors of Dhamaal 4 were planning to use VFX for some dangerous stunt sequences. But just a few days before the shoot, it was decided to film it on site. Mid-Day quoted the source as saying, “It was not supposed to be a live-action sequence as the location can be dangerous. However, a few days before the shoot, Indra ji and Ajay Devgn decided to film it on site.”
What was the scene?
In this scene, all four actors had to hang from a cliff. This was the most dangerous scene for Arshad because he had to hang from the farthest edge. It was not possible to use body doubles because this is an important comic scene in which they have to speak dialogues. Currently, Ajay Devgan has removed many dangerous scenes keeping in mind the safety of the actors. Ajay assured the stars that dangerous scenes will be shot using harnesses and safety nets. Also, an emergency medical unit will be present on the set all the time. Finally, this scene was shot in 4 days.
