Varanasi News: For the last four days, the number of devotees coming to Varanasi from Prayagraj Maha Kumbh is increasing continuously. Along with the major religious places, devotees are seen completing their religious journey in large numbers from morning till late night at the Ganga Ghat. In this sequence, devotees coming from Maha Kumbh are definitely reaching some major places of Kashi. Which includes places like Ganga Ghat, ancient temple and Aarti Sthal.
Most of the devotees coming to Kashi from Prayagraj Maha Kumbh are definitely participating in the world famous Ganga Aarti of Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashaswamedh Ghat of Varanasi. Apart from this, devotees are also seen reaching Kashi Kotwal Shri Kaal Bhairav Temple, Mata Sheetla Temple, Ancient Sankat Mochan Temple, Namo Ghat, Assi Ghat, Swarved Temple at Umarhan, Durga Mata Temple at Durgakund, Mahamrityunjay Temple, Sarangnath and Markandeya Mahadev Temple.
People are coming to Varanasi from different states
. Huge crowds are being seen at these places especially in the last three to four days. Devotees from different states of the country including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Haryana are completing their journey to Kashi including Prayagraj by train, bus or airplane.
People of Kashi said - never seen such a crowd.
Along with the district administration and police administration, now the people of Kashi are also seen coming forward to provide essential accommodation facilities to the devotees coming to the district. Apart from social media, people are also seen coming on the ground to make their homes, institutions, centers or open spaces available for the devotees.
