Agra News: The delegation of the Olympic Council of Asia reached Agra. The delegation of the Olympic Council of Asia reached Shilpgram located at the eastern gate of the Taj with the desire to see the world famous building Taj Mahal. Tight security arrangements were made in view of the delegation of the Olympic Council of Asia. During this, Union Minister of State SP Singh Baghel, being the local MP of Agra, welcomed the representatives of many countries of the Olympic Council of Asia at Shilpgram. The convoy of the members of the delegation who reached to see the Taj reached the Taj East Gate amid tight security.

 

The members of the delegation of Olympic Council of Asia looked excited during the visit to Taj Mahal. During this, they got lots of photos clicked with Taj Mahal. Union Minister SP Singh Baghel was present during the visit to Taj Mahal and introduced the great concepts of Indian culture like Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and Atithi Devo Bhava. All the delegation members were welcomed by BJP leaders along with Union Minister SP Singh Baghel by garlanding and tying a sash.

During this, Union Minister SP Singh Baghel said that they have been welcomed with the spirit of 'Atithi Devo Bhava', as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that it is India's dream that the future Olympic Games should be held on Indian soil and we are moving ahead in that direction. This visit of representatives of a prestigious organization like the Olympic Council of Asia not only promotes mutual harmony and brotherhood but also gives an opportunity to our country's sports culture and international relations to reach new heights. 

 

During this, Union Minister SP Singh Baghel said that our culture is 'Atithi Devo Bhava', today I have broken my ministerial protocol and welcomed him as an MP of Agra, in future we hope that we will get the support of an organization like Olympic Council of Asia. When India will host the Olympic Games. We are working towards improving our infrastructure. The delegation is very excited to see the Taj.
