  • Avoid touching your face with your hands, especially your eyes, nose and mouth, as these are entry points for the virus.
  • It is important to boost your immunity with a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and fluids.
  • Flu vaccines, including the H1N1 vaccine , provide additional protection. So make sure to get it.
  • Especially high-risk people like the elderly, children and people with chronic diseases must get vaccinated.
  • If a person experiences flu symptoms, seek medical help immediately to prevent serious conditions.
