Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Dispute: Today, Allahabad High Court has rejected the recall petition of the Muslim side in the Mathura-based Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case. On hearing the news of the rejection of the recall petition of Shahi Idgah Committee by the court, Hindu people celebrated and called it a big victory for the Hindu side.

In the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case, plaintiff Dinesh Chand Sharma expressed his happiness by distributing sweets in front of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. Dinesh Sharma said that in the last hearing, Allahabad High Court had taken an important decision. In which all the cases were ordered to be heard together. On which the Muslim side had filed an application in the court to recall that order. Allahabad High Court has rejected that application. The Muslim side wants that all the cases should be heard separately because the Muslim side does not have any such evidence. It only wants to delay this case.

"Demand to remove illegal occupation from Shri Krishna temple"
The Hindu side objected to this and demanded from the court that all our cases be heard together, but the Muslim side said that when the purpose of all the cases is different then they should be heard separately. The Hindu side said that the purpose of all our cases is the same which was the agreement in 1968. It should be canceled and our land should be returned to the Hindu side. The only purpose of all the cases is to remove illegal occupation from the temple of Lord Shri Krishna. Today the court has given a historic decision after hearing both the sides.

He expressed his happiness by feeding sweets to everyone at the gate of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi after the rejection of the petition of the Muslim side. He said that all Sanatan Hindus are very happy today because the objection filed by the Muslim side has been rejected. In the coming times, all Sanatani Hindus are confident that the court will give its decision on the basis of evidence and the Hindu side will win and the illegal occupation will definitely be removed by the power of the pen of the court. 

Truth wins - Plaintiff
On the other hand, Mahendra Pratap Singh, the plaintiff in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case, said that Justice Mayank Kumar has passed the order that the recall application filed by the Muslim side has been rejected. This unprecedented order has been given by the Allahabad High Court. This is the victory of truth, we have been saying from the beginning that the people of the Shahi Idgah side and the Sunni Waqt Board were deliberately filing applications again and again with the aim of delaying this case. This was their purpose in this matter. We welcome this order of the court. This is a big victory for the Hindu parties, this is the victory of truth. Now the date of November 6 has been fixed in this.
