According to the Vedic calendar, Chaitra Amavasya Tithi will begin on March 28 at 07:55 pm and will end the next day i.e. on March 29 at 04:27 pm. Udaya Tithi is considered in Sanatan Dharma. For this, Chaitra Amavasya will be celebrated on March 29. As it falls on Saturday, it will be called Shani Amavasya. It is also called Shanishari Amavasya. After the eclipse, after bathing and meditating, do Puja, Japa and Tapa. Also, donate after the Puja.
