Rajasthan News: Many areas of Rajasthan are experiencing severe cold and rain is predicted at many places in the next few days. According to the Jaipur Center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the lowest minimum temperature in the state in the last 24 hours was recorded at 2.5 degrees Celsius in Nagaur.

What was the temperature in which districts?

Apart from this, the minimum temperature was 4.2 degrees Celsius in Sirohi, 4.4 degrees Celsius in Fatehpur of Sikar, 5.2 degrees in Mount Abu, 5.9 degrees in Chittorgarh, six degrees in Vanasthali (Tonk), 6.2 degrees in Bikaner, 6.5 degrees in Jodhpur, 6.6 degrees in Jaisalmer, 6.7 degrees in Jalore, 6.8 degrees in Pilani and seven degrees Celsius in Jaipur and Sikar.

There was also dense fog at some places on Tuesday morning. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in the state is likely to remain generally dry for a few days and the minimum and maximum temperatures are likely to fall by two to four degrees in most parts.

It said that during this period, dense fog may occur in some parts of Bikaner, Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions. At the same time, due to the activation of a strong western disturbance, there is a possibility of rain with thunder in the areas of Bikaner, Jaipur, Bharatpur divisions during January 10-12.
