The BJP leader had hatched a conspiracy to send three people including the woman's two sons to jail to grab the land, and the police also got involved in it. Even now, when everything has come out in the open, the people in khaki uniform are trying to save each other.

What an irony that the pistol which was shown to have been recovered from Dilip was the one used to shoot the BJP leader, but after the conspiracy hatched by the BJP leader was exposed, the police is making up a new story. Even after being innocent, Dilip could not be released from jail only because illegal weapons were shown to have been recovered from him.

He called and said- I have been shot

According to the incident, on July 27, BJP Scheduled Caste Front's Nagar Adhyaksh and ration dealer Prempal, resident of Mohalla Lodhiyan, informed the police on phone at around 10 pm that some people had shot him. Police immediately reached the spot and admitted the injured to Chandausi CHC.

The police beat him up for two days

Here the doctor declared Prempal's condition serious and referred him to the district hospital. When the police enquired about the attackers, Prempal told them the names of Bhagirath and Shyamlal, sons of Hemant and Dilip of the same locality. The police reached their house within a few minutes and first of all woke up Shyamlal from his house while he was sleeping.

After this, the police picked up the two brothers Hemant and his elder brother Dilip who were sleeping in the house with their family and brought all three to the police station. Here they were beaten up for two days and a challan was issued on the third day.

The woman reached the Deputy CM 

Triveni, the mother of Hemant and Dilip who were sent to jail, pleaded before all the officials to conduct a fresh investigation, saying that her sons were innocent, but no one listened to her. Triveni reached the court of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya with affidavits of more than two dozen people of the locality and pleaded for a fair investigation, telling about the misdeeds of the police, then the Deputy CM gave instructions to the top police officials in this regard.

BJP leader got the bullet planted 

In the second investigation, it was found that the BJP had got a bullet planted in its body by two compounders through an operation to grab 11 bighas of land of Triveni situated in Badaun district. The police was forced to arrest the BJP leader and three other people involved in the conspiracy with him.

After the incident took a new turn, on the basis of the police report, the court, on the request of Prempal, dismissed the case of attempt to murder and SC/ST Act against the three people implicated by the police and ordered their release. Shyamlal and Hemant were released from jail, but Dilip is still in jail as he is charged with illegal arms recovery. Now his relatives will file a petition in the court on Monday to get him bail.

The most important thing in this is that if the police reveals the truth of the false story of recovery of the pistol, many policemen will be subjected to action. Now the question is that the police has proved that Prempal himself had got the bullets planted in his body, then the earlier made story of recovery of the pistol used in the incident will be changed. Now this case is proving to be hot milk not only for the Kaithal outpost in-charge or the city Kotwal but also for the COs and other officers, which is neither being swallowed nor spat out.

Chandausi CO wants to get me killed in an encounter: Pradeep

Shyamlal's son, who was arrested and sent to jail along with his two brothers by the police on the behest of BJP leader Prempal, has said in a viral video that he was pleading for his father in this case. The CO is calling me alone, he will put a gun on me like Dilip and send me to jail or get me killed in an encounter.

Praveen Kumar, a resident of Mohalla Lodhiyan in the city, has told the media that there is a big threat to him from CO Chandausi. In the video, Praveen has clearly said that CO Dr. Pradeep Kumar, who sent his innocent father to jail, is pressurizing him to meet him in private. This is being done to send him to jail in any fake case or to encounter him.
