Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko will both attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Kazakhstan on July 3-4. During that time, the two leaders will discuss this issue if necessary.

Ukrainian shelling kills one civilian

On the other hand, the governor of Russia's Belgorod region claimed on Monday that a civilian was killed in Ukrainian shelling. Belgorod is adjacent to Ukraine's border with Kharkiv. Russia said that since the Russian military operation started in February 2022, continuous attacks are being carried out here from Ukraine.
