Rajasthan News: A big statement has come from Bahadur Singh Koli, BJP MLA from Vaira Assembly of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan, on the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act. On the occasion of the inauguration of the police station, the MLA said in front of the police officers that most false cases are registered under the SC-ST Act. Hooliganism is going on under the SC ST Act.
MLA Bahadur Koli had gone to inaugurate the police station at Kherli Mod in Vaira assembly constituency on 9 October, where District Superintendent of Police Mridul Kachhawa and other police officers were present. During the inauguration of the new police station, the MLA had talked about the misuse of SC-ST Act and that most of these cases are false.

Bahadur Singh Koli, MLA from Vaira assembly constituency of Bharatpur district, said, "Most of the false cases are registered under SC ST Act. There is hooliganism going on under the SC-ST Act. If a person from a scheduled caste or tribe borrows money from someone for marriage, then on asking for it back, he has to face an SC ST case."
He further said, "Not only this, the money which is lent for marriage has to be given up and for compromise, Rs. 2 lakh to 5 lakh has to be given to a person from SC-ST community. Therefore the police officers need to pay more attention to SC-ST cases."

too MLA Bahadur Singh Koli has given controversial statements earlier also. He had called a woman leader of his own party a thief in front of everyone. Bahadur Koli, on seeing the woman leader, had said, "How did this thief come here? She had contested the election against me as an independent candidate."
