Haryana News: Stubble burning is considered to be a major reason for air pollution in North India including Delhi. Due to this, the fine on farmers burning stubble has also been increased. Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda has given a statement on this. Deepender Hooda said, " It is not right to focus on stubble regarding pollution."
Deepender Hooda said, "The government should take a complete system on all the sources. I had raised this in Parliament as well. I raised questions in Parliament, to which the government replied and told the rules and plans for this but a comprehensive budget provision has not been made. Budget provision should be made for this."
Will there be a ban on the sale of the factory - Hooda
He further said, “Unless a concrete solution is given to the farmers, stubble is not a big issue in Haryana. But attention is focused on stubble. A law has been made that there will be no purchase for two seasons. Will the government ban the sale of factories that spread pollution? They are capable. Farmers are not capable. A permanent solution to pollution should be found.”
