Lucknow News: An FIR has been registered in the case of the death of a youth in police beating in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. This FIR has been lodged in Vikasnagar police station by the victim's family. In which the family has filed a case against a police personnel and three other unknown people. In the FIR, the family has accused the police of beating and abusing the deceased Aman Gautam. At present, the police has started taking action in this case.
In the FIR lodged in Vikasnagar police station, the deceased's wife Roshni Gautam said that, on the night of October 11, at around 9 pm, my husband went for a walk in Ambedkar Park in the locality and was sitting there with some of his friends. Suddenly a police vehicle arrived. The policemen surrounded him and started questioning him and started beating him. He fell unconscious due to the beating by the policemen.
People present on the spot said that policeman Shailendra Singh played an important role in this beating, three other policemen along with him beat him. When he fell unconscious, the policemen panicked and admitted him to the hospital. On the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused police constable Shailendra Singh and others in this case.
Mayawati demands action against policemen.
