Sambhal News: Police in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, has solved the murder case of a rape victim and arrested the mother and two brothers of the deceased student. This case is of Kaila Devi police station area of ​​Sambhal, where a minor girl was shot dead on the night of September 18. A case was registered against two youths in this case.

The 17-year-old girl was shot dead when she was returning home with her mother and brother on a motorcycle at night. Then the girl was shot dead near a government school on the roadside outside the village. The deceased's brother had registered a murder case against Rinku and his partner, who had been released from jail, in the case of kidnapping and rape of the girl. The police gave a clean chit to Rinku and his partner the very next day, saying that no evidence was found against them.

Police revealed the murder
. Now Sambhal police has revealed the murder by arresting the deceased girl's mother and her two brothers on the charge of murdering the girl. The deceased girl's family members had conspired to kill her and implicate Rinku and his partner, who had been released from jail. After the incident, the parents and brother were shedding tears after the murder of their daughter at their home as if someone else had really killed their daughter. 

The murderers turned out to be the family members of the girl

The police have arrested the girl's mother and two brothers. At the time of the incident, the girl's mother and one brother were present on the motorcycle. They had filed a named report against Rinku, who was released from jail on charges of kidnapping and raping the girl, to implicate him.

A case was filed against two people
. The family members of the deceased girl had filed a case of murder of the girl against two people including Rinku. But in the police investigation, Rinku was found innocent and the real murderers turned out to be the girl's brother and mother. After the murder of the girl, the girl's mother and brother had said that Rinku was the murderer of the girl. Now the police has arrested the girl's mother Brajwati, brother Neeraj and Vineet for the crime of murder and has made the whole disclosure.

What did the accused say in the police interrogation?
In the police interrogation, the accused told that the girl Babita had earlier gone with Rinku and there was a lot of defamation. Now she had fallen in love with another boy. Due to which we were being defamed in the society. That is why we had hatched a conspiracy to kill our sister Babita and implicate Rinku and her maternal uncle. The deceased girl's maternal uncle Mahavir was also involved in this incident, who is still absconding. The girl's maternal uncle Mahavir and brother Vineet had shot the girl and Neeraj had brought his mother Brajwati and sister Babita on a motorcycle.
