Apart from this, if the charge of defamation is proved, the accused will be punished with the same punishment.

Section 173 (3) of the Indian Civil Defence Code 2023 provides that the SHO will have the right to investigate before registering a case in a case with a punishment of less than seven years. This investigation will have to be completed within 14 days. Apart from this, the Munshi and Diwan of the police station will not register a rape case. A woman police officer will be on duty in every police station, who will record the statement of the victim as well as register the case herself.

You will not be able to complain against a public servant

Now no person will be able to file a complaint in the court against a public servant accusing him of negligence in government work. The old system has been abolished by explaining this in section 223 (2) of the Indian Civil Security Code. A complaint will be filed against a public servant only when the officers of his department investigate the allegation and submit a report against him.

Cyber ​​criminals will get death penalty

Organized crime has been defined in Section 111 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) 2023. It includes 17 cases, which include cyber crime, kidnapping, robbery, vehicle theft, extortion, land grabbing, contract killing, printing and circulation of fake notes. The criminal and his associates involved in cyber crime will be sentenced to death and fined Rs 5 lakh.
