Varanasi News: There was a situation of panic in Revdi Talab under Bhelupur police station of Varanasi, when a youth from Nepal attacked four to five people of the area with a shovel. During this, three people suffered minor injuries while two people were seriously injured. Two people were treated at the trauma center. At present, after the attack on five people of the same community in Revdi Talab area, the local people protested against it. After which the DCP, ACP, ADCP, including the police force of the nearest police stations reached the spot and appealed to the local people to maintain peace.

According to the information received from Varanasi Police Administration, on Thursday night, there was a panic in Revdi Talab area under Bhelupur police station when a young man from Nepal attacked five people of the area with a shovel. In this attack, 3 people suffered minor injuries while 2 people have been sent to the district trauma center for treatment due to serious injuries. 

During this time, the youth attacked people of the same community in the area, after which the local people protested fiercely. Police force of other police stations including DCP, ACP, ADCP reached the spot, after which people were appealed to maintain peace. The youth is being detained and questioned till information is received.

The youth is said to be mentally deranged.
In this case, the Varanasi police administration has taken the attacking youth into custody. He is being questioned in connection with this entire incident. This youth is said to be a resident of Nepal. DCP Kashi Zone Gaurav Bansal said that the police has taken action in this case and has taken the attacking youth into custody, he is being questioned. Till the first information is received, this youth is said to be mentally deranged. Till the information is received, peace and order is maintained in the Revdi Talab area under Bhelupur police station of Varanasi.
