Lucknow News: A case of molestation of an NRI woman by a Municipal Corporation Revenue Inspector has come to light in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, after which there has been a stir. In this case, a case has been registered against the accused Revenue Inspector Uday Tripathi. It is alleged that the NRI woman had come to get her ancestral property transferred, during which the accused molested her. 

 

This incident took place in Lucknow's Indiranagar Municipal Corporation Zone-7 where an NRI woman had come to the office in connection with the transfer of her ancestral land. In the case filed by the victim, it has been said that on September 4, she had gone to the Municipal Corporation's Zone 7 office to get the house transferred. During this, she was asked to deposit the transfer fee. After which she was going to the ATM booth to withdraw money.

told that when she was going to ATM, Revenue Inspector Uday Tripathi came following her. After this, he took her to a deserted place and started doing obscene acts with her. Even when the victim opposed him, he did not listen. After a long time, the accused left the victim at the Municipal Corporation office. He threatened that if the woman tried to tell this to anyone, then it would not be good. 

 

The accused revenue inspector followed the woman, pictures of this were also captured in the CCTV camera. After coming to the Municipal Corporation, the victim informed the Municipal Corporation officials about this, after which a case has been registered against the accused Uday Tripathi in Ghazipur police station. On the basis of the victim's allegations and statement, the revenue inspector has been suspended. 

 

The police has started investigating this matter. Police says that further legal action is being taken in this matter.
