Meerut Sports Stadium: The face of Kailash Prakash Sports Stadium of Meerut is going to change. Under which it will be made world class. There are plans to give a new look to its old and dilapidated building. Along with this, facilities for the players will also be increased and there will be a more comfortable place for the spectators. In this connection, Meerut Division Commissioner Selva Kumari J inspected this stadium of Meerut Development Authority. 

This stadium will be renovated from the treasury of Meerut Development Authority. This will greatly benefit the players of this region. Hundreds of players sweat in this stadium. Many such names are included in this stadium who have brought glory to India in the country and the world. 

Meerut's stadium will be rejuvenated.
Along with increasing the facilities for the players in this stadium, focus will also be on improving the condition of the hostel. On Saturday, Meerut Divisional Commissioner Selva Kumari J, Meerut Development Authority VC Abhishek Pandey and CDO Nupur Goyal inspected the Kailash Prakash Sports Stadium and looked at every aspect there seriously. 

Kailash Prakash Sports Stadium will be made world class at a cost of 20 crores. In which emphasis will be laid on development of stadium from synthetic track to increasing facilities for players. Whenever any big event takes place in the stadium, people have to face many problems in the gallery, especially in summer and rainy season. In such a situation, a shed will be put on the gallery. Astroturf will also be made for football, so that players will be able to practice easily. There is also a plan to build a smart yoga center. 

Work will start soon.
Along with sports, the condition of hostels in the stadium is not hidden from anyone, preparations are on to improve them as well. This hostel will be made five storeys from two storeys. There will be a big hall for archery and the gym will also be renovated. On this occasion, the commissioner said that our aim is to increase facilities for the players. There is no dearth of talent in Meerut. Players from far off places come here with the dream of winning medals. 

Abhishek Pandey, VC of Meerut Development Authority said that sports facilities will be upgraded more than before. It will cost Rs 20 crore. Astroturf for football and facilities for disabled players will also be provided in the stadium. It is expected that work on this will be started this year.
