Mahakumbh: A large number of people continue to come to the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. On Wednesday, on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya, crores of people have reached Triveni Sangam to take a bath. During this, a stampede-like situation also occurred in the Mahakumbh area late at night in which many people are reported to be injured. In view of this huge crowd, now the Railways has made an evacuation plan for Prayagraj. CM Yogi has spoken to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and has appealed to run as many trains as possible from Prayagraj. Let us know what is the planning of the Railways.

What is the plan of Railways?

At present, no special train has been cancelled by the Railways. The Railways has made an evacuation plan from Prayagraj under which many empty trains are being sent to Prayagraj. The purpose of this is that a train can be run at an interval of about 4 minutes and people can be taken from the railway station connected to Sangam as soon as possible.  

More than 360 trains will run

As part of the plan to normalise the situation in the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, information has also been shared by the Railway Ministry. The Railway Ministry has said that the Railways has planned to run more than 360 trains from various stations in the Prayagraj region today. At present, there is no plan to cancel any special train. CM Yogi has also informed that the Railways has arranged special trains from various stations in the Prayagraj region to take the devotees back to their destination. It is worth noting that 360 trains are special today which will run from Prayagraj. That is, to go out of Prayagraj.

The Railway Board says that special trains carrying new passengers will not come to Kumbh area today because today is the day of bathing. Today, special trains will not bring new passengers especially for the royal bath. Trains are leaving from Prayagraj. This is an evacuation plan especially for the day of bathing. 360 trains are special today which will run from Prayagraj. That is, to go out of Prayagraj. This arrangement is only for the day of bathing. Today is the day of bathing, hence special trains will not come to Prayagraj. For example, if someone wants to come to Prayagraj from Ayodhya or Banaras during the day today, he will not be able to come, but for the existing passengers, all trains are running from Prayagraj.

More than 3.5 crore people took bath today

CM Yogi is constantly taking information from the officials about Maha Kumbh and the Maha Kumbh is also being monitored by helicopter. According to the information, more than 3.5 crore people have taken bath in Triveni Sangam till today, Wednesday. Let us tell you that till 28 January, 19.94 crore people have taken bath in Maha Kumbh. On Wednesday, about 8-10 crore people are expected to take bath on the day of Mauni Amavasya.
