Where a case of trapping about a dozen female police personnel of Uttar Pradesh in his net by wearing police uniform has come to light. A youth from Lakhimpur has made about a dozen female constables victims of his lust by wearing police uniform and luring them with the promise of marriage. Not only this, he has also extorted more than 2 crore rupees from them.

The young man who used to wear police uniform till yesterday and trap female constables in his love trap is himself in police custody today. You can see in the pictures that this is the cunning young man who has trapped female police personnel from different districts of Uttar Pradesh by promising marriage and made illicit relations with all of them. Not only this, he also extorted money from them. The name of this accused is Rajan Verma and the surname of the women he targeted was Verma so that the woman in front does not suspect him.

SP City Rahul Bhati said that a woman constable had filed a case against Rajan Verma, a resident of village Midaniya Garhi police station Kotwali, Lakhimpur Kheri, in the city Kotwali. He said that a case was registered at the police station on 13 July 2024. The case was registered under section 376 of IPC and fraud. In this, the accused had cheated the female police officer by luring her with marriage. In this regard, the accused was wanted for a long time. He has been arrested by the police station Kotwali.

Five cases have been registered against the accused so far.

 SP City said that he used to extract data of women police personnel from the official website of the police. He used to know where the women police personnel were posted. He used to introduce himself as a police personnel and used to trap women by sending them his photo in police uniform and luring them with the promise of marriage. He has confessed to 8-10 incidents so far in his statement. Five cases have been registered against him so far.

The SP also said that if there are more such cases, they will be investigated and cases will be registered. He mainly targeted women police personnel. He used to commit fraud with them by luring them with marriage. The case is registered in Kotwali police station of Bareilly district. In that too, he cheated a woman police personnel of Rs 30 lakh. He mainly used to talk to a person known to him in Lucknow and get the Aadhar card and PAN card of women police personnel and also got them loans from the bank.

It is clear from his statements that he has committed such incidents with many female police officers in the past as well.
