May the divine weapon protect my shoulders, and may the broken bow of Lord Śiva protect my arms.
May Lord Sītā, the husband of Sītā, protect my hands, and may the conqueror of Jamadagni protect my heart.
May Kharadhvaṇī protect the middle of the body, and may Lord Jāmbavadāśraya protect the navel.
May Lord Sugriva protect my waist and Lord Hanuman protect my thighs.
May the best of the Raghus, who destroys the Rākṣasa dynasty, protect my thighs.
May the bridge-builder protect my knees and the ten-faced destroyer protect my thighs.
May Lord Rāma, the bestower of all opulence, protect the feet of Bhīma and his entire body.
Anyone who recites this rakṣā, endowed with the strength of Lord Rāma, will be blessed with pious deeds.
He will live a long life, have a happy daughter, be victorious and humble.
They move about in the underworld, the earth and the sky in disguise.
