While talking to Free Press Journal, actress Nitanshi Goyal recalled an interesting incident from the film directed by Kiran Rao. She told that an important scene of the film was completely changed, which was not a part of the script. This scene was of Phool Kumari crying in the public toilet of the railway station.

Nitanshi revealed that she herself had suggested the crying scene in the railway station toilet to Kiran Rao. The actress says that this was necessary to show the weakening of Phool Kumari's character. Famous director Kiran also did not stop her from doing so and the scene was shot brilliantly.

The whole team of the film got emotional

Nitanshi performed the crying scene of Phool Kumari in an emotional manner. She informed that after shooting this scene, the entire team of the film became emotional. Most of the people present on the set started crying while clapping. Usually this happens in a situation when the audience gets emotionally attached to the scene shown on screen.
