Smita Shrivastava, Mumbai.  News of people being cheated in the name of astrology often remains in the headlines. Now Soham P Shah has also made this subject the basis of his story. Later it has turned into a revenge drama. The subject of the film is good, but the result of karma is not that shocking.

What is the story of Kartam Bhotham?

After his father's death, Dev Joshi ( Shreyas Talpade ), who was living in New Zealand, returns to his hometown Bhopal to sell his property and set up his startup in New Zealand. His childhood friend Gaurav (Gaurav Dagar) goes to the hospital to see his mother who is on the verge of death.

Then the astrologer meets Anna ( Vijay Raj ). He wants to open his own restaurant in Dubai. Anna gives astrological solutions. While leaving he tells Dev to let it go, it is not going to happen. Dev does not believe in astrology. He gets entangled in government formalities.

He has been talking to his girlfriend Jiya (Aksha Pardasani) on video calls. Meanwhile, Gaurav gets a job offer letter from Dubai. Dev is tired of running around banks and government offices all alone. He thinks of Anna.
