Kanpur News Today: The Uttar Pradesh government is taking strict steps to curb crime and criminals. The Yogi government has given many important instructions to police officers to control crime. Kanpur Police Commissionerate is also working actively in this regard. 

Kanpur Police has registered IR-01 by identifying 15 members of the Inter Range Gang. This is the first gang of the city which has been included in the Inter Range Gang. This is the first such case in Kanpur Range, hence it has been named IR One. Police has started taking further action against this gang. 

Case related to government land
: In fact, recently the police had filed a case against 15 people of the city for occupying a government land worth Rs 1000 crore in Civil Lines, Kanpur. After receiving a complaint in this case, the police and administration had made several people accused after investigation. 

Many accused in this case are absconding and some are behind the bars of the jail. Now on the instructions of Kanpur Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar, the first case has been registered in the Inter Range Gang against 15 named people in the entire case. The main leader of this gang is said to be Avnish Dixit, along with him many other people are also involved in it. 

What is the purpose?
Kanpur Police Commissionerate is investigating other possible members of the gang in the entire case. The purpose of registering this gang in the IR range is to ensure strict action by keeping a close watch on the activities of criminals. 

Kanpur Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar is talking about being committed to make Uttar Pradesh crime free as per the government's intention and is presenting the case registered under IR as a big achievement. He has assured to take strict action against such accused.

Kanpur police has registered the first case related to this and has launched a big campaign to curb criminals. In this fraud case, 15 members of the gang have been included in the IR. The leader of this gang is Avnish Dixit. 

Apart from this, the gang members include Harendra Kumar Masih, Rahul Verma, Vincent Vikram alias Vicky Charles, Sandeep Shukla alias Bauwan Shukla, Kamla Ariel, Abhishek Ariel, Nouris Ariel, Arpan Ariel, Ali Abbas, Jitesh Jha, Jitendra Shukla, Vivek Pandey, Manoj Yadav, Mohd Wasim Khan and Akhlaq Ahmed. Police is hopeful that after investigation, names of other members may also come to light in the entire case.
