Every child's body develops differently. Some children are healthy, some are skinny. Some are short and some are tall. But if you do not take the right nutrition according to your height, then you must do these 5 exercises. 

Two-Touching Exercise

Hanging is the best exercise to increase height. Doing this gives strength to the hands. The muscles of the upper part of the body become energetic. This keeps the body toned as well as in shape. A toned and shaped body helps in increasing height. The muscles of the back and calves remain very active. Along with this, two-touching and easy exercises should be done. Massage is done in the thighs and muscles. The child should definitely do two-touching exercises. This increases the height quickly. 

Cobra Pose

To do the cobra pose, first lie down on your stomach and slowly lift the upper part of the body upwards. Keep the body bent as much as possible. This gives the body cells the ability to grow. This also increases height. 

 

Skipping

Jumping rope is a great activity. It also increases height rapidly. Jumping rope triggers cells from head to toe. And the cells remain active. By doing this type of exercise, the growth of the entire body and height starts increasing. It is very good for the body. 

 

Nutrition is also very important for increasing height. To increase height, food should contain protein, carbohydrates, fat and many types of vitamins. Junk food should not be eaten at all. Green leafy vegetables are rich in calcium and potassium. Simple carbs like pizza and cake should be avoided. For the growth of the child, seeds and peanuts should be fed to the child as they contain zinc in abundance. A balanced diet should be taken as it increases height.
