Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar further said, "Half a unit of electricity is used in one dress, which causes pollution. If we add it for the whole year, it will be equal to four trees, so we should reduce pollution. I will wear clothes without ironing for a year." Along with this, he appealed to the people to keep making small changes for themselves.

Vice President of Congress's state media cell RP Singh said sarcastically, "Pradyuman Singh Tomar should be the minister of drama or acting, not energy."
