Noida News: The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is constantly making efforts to make Noida an urban dynamic city and in this sequence, the state government has now taken a big decision. CM Yogi has approved a new scheme for setting up hotels in the New Okhla Development Authority Noida area. The scheme of dream plots has been brought for hotel businessmen in the Noida area.

This scheme will pave the way for the construction of various budget and star hotels. As per the vision of CM Yogi, plots will be allotted under the scheme through e-auction in Sector 93B, 105, 142 and Sector 135 of Noida. The special thing is that the total reserve price for these 6 plots ranging from 2,000 square meters to 24,000 square meters has been fixed between Rs 44.08 crore and Rs 410.70 crore.

Budget hotels will be established in Sector 93B

Under the scheme of Dream Plots introduced by the New Okhla Development Authority for hoteliers, the way will be paved for allotment of plots for setting up budget hotels in Sector 93B of Noida. Under the scheme, applicants can apply for two plots of 2000 square meters under Com2 and Com2A in Sector 93B. The reserve price of each plot has been fixed at Rs 44.08 crore. At the same time, hotel entrepreneurs can also apply for another plot of 2090 square meters under Com2B under the scheme. The reserve price of this plot has been fixed at Rs 45.61 crore. Under the scheme, the way will be paved for the construction of a total of 3 budget hotels and three star hotels of different categories.

Hotels of 3 different star categories will be constructed

The Dream Plots Scheme will pave the way for the construction of star hotels of 3 different categories. Under the scheme, hotel entrepreneurs will also be able to bid for Sector 105's plot SDC-H-2 through e-auction. The total reserve price for this 7500 square meter plot has been set at Rs 138.18 crore. Similarly, the total reserve price of Sector 142's plot number 11B has been fixed at Rs 98.83 crore. This plot will be spread over 5200 square meters.

Under the scheme, Plot H2 located in Sector 135 is considered to be the largest plot with the highest reserve price value. The total spread of this plot is 24000 square meters and its total reserve price has been estimated at Rs 410.70 crore. In such a situation, hotel entrepreneurs will be able to build hotels of different star categories by getting allotment of these three plots.

All plots are based on prime location 

All the plots to be allotted through the scheme for setting up budget and star hotels are based on prime locations. Currently, the outline for taking the Dream Plots Allotment Scheme forward will be decided through a pre-bid meeting on October 10. Interested applicants will submit applications online under the scheme from October 17. The last date for submitting applications has been fixed as November 9.
