
Mandi News: Police has arrested two accused who shot at a Dhaba owner in Mandi, Himachal. Both the accused are residents of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Desi katta (country pistol) and cartridges have also been recovered from them. Police has also seized the bike used during the incident.
Dhaba owner Pradeep Guleria was shot at in Pulgharat of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh following an argument over theft. Pradeep was shot in the hand and mouth. According to the police, both the arrested accused are real brothers. They have been identified as Azam (20) and Ajmal (24). The police have also recovered a country-made pistol and cartridges from their rented room.
What was the matter?
On Friday night around 12 o'clock, he went to the Dhaba on a bike without a number plate. He asked the Dhaba owner to pack three meals. During this time, he took 6000 rupees from the cash box. He will take away the LED and CCTV DVR.
After that, they shot at the Dhaba owner. An SIT was formed to investigate the case. The police arrested both of them from Dhangu area of Nerchowk, where they were living in a rented room. The police is interrogating the accused strictly.

After this incident, opposition leader Jairam Thakur targeted CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu regarding law and order. He spoke to the injured Dhaba operator over the phone and took all the information. He said that he will talk to the SP regarding the incident and demand the arrest of the accused soon. Such incidents have been increasing continuously in Himachal.
