The case of enemy property was registered in Azimnagar police station in the year 2019. This case was registered by Allama Zameer Naqvi, resident of Narayan Garden Hussainbari Thakurganj, Lucknow. He said that Imamuddin Qureshi of Lucknow had gone to Pakistan at the time of partition. His property was declared enemy property by the government.

His property was also shown in Rampur in the revenue records. He was a resident of Lucknow. In such a situation, how was the property in his name in Rampur recorded in the revenue records?

In fact, Azam Khan has committed fraud in connivance with his family and Waqf officials and employees to include this property in Jauhar University. Apart from Azam Khan, his wife former MP Dr. Tajin Fatma, son Abdullah, former President of Shia Central Board Uttar Pradesh Syed Wasim Rizvi, President of Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Board Lucknow Zufar Farooqui, Mazhar Ali, Syed Ghulamus Syedain, Rahmat Hussain Zaidi and Masood Khan are also named in this case.

The police completed the investigation and submitted the chargesheet in the court. The trial is going on in the MP-MLA Special Court (Magistrate Trial).
