Panic disorder is a type of mental health problem in which a person feels many types of emotions, such as being extremely scared or feeling restless. Due to panic disorder, a person's heartbeat increases and shivering is felt in the body along with sweating. Apart from this, a person suffering from panic disorder also has trouble in breathing.

Causes of Panic Disorder:
1. People who have the habit of being suspicious, angry, and nervous about everything. Such people often become victims of this mental health problem. 
2. Consuming excessive amounts of caffeine and alcohol also causes panic disorder. 
3. If the amount of sugar in the blood decreases, symptoms of panic disorder may appear. 
4. Some people also suffer from panic disorder due to excessive activity of the thyroid gland and heart problems. 

 Symptoms of Panic Disorder:
1. During panic disorder i.e. panic attack, a person sweats a lot. 
2. The person starts feeling suffocated and starts shivering in the body. 
3. There is difficulty in breathing. 
4. Severe pain and restlessness are also felt in the chest and stomach. 
5. Suddenly feeling dizzy and faint. 
6. Not having control over oneself and having strange thoughts in the mind. 
7. In panic disorder, the person also has the fear of dying. , 

Treatment of panic disorder
1. To get rid of panic disorder, do exercise and meditation daily. 
2. Take a healthy diet and do not consume caffeine and alcohol. 
3. Take 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily and give up the habit of staying awake till late at night. 
4. Take deep breaths when you feel nervous. Apart from this, do not bring negative thoughts into your mind. 
5. If the symptoms are serious then immediately contact a psychiatrist
