Etah News: A big scam of crores of rupees has come to light in the animal insemination scheme in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh. AI technicians and vaccinators in the office of the veterinary officer in the district animal hospital have been accused of a scam of crores of rupees by committing fraud in artificial insemination, vaccination of animals and vaccination of cows for lumpy disease. A complaint has been made to District Officer Etah Prem Ranjan Singh, after which the DM has ordered an investigation. The DM handed over the responsibility of investigating this to the DDA and said that after the investigation, strict action will be taken if found guilty.
In fact, a person named Shakish Kumar has alleged a scam of crores of rupees in animal insemination, animal vaccination, lumpy vaccination in all the veterinary hospitals of the district in the complaint made to the District Magistrate Etah. In the complaint, a gang of AI technicians and vaccinators has been accused of scam of crores of rupees. Relatives and family members of the main accused have also been accused of being involved in this gang.
Action will be taken after investigation.
The veterinary officer said that we have written a letter to UP LDB against Vikas Yadav and 5 others and asked for information about how much work was done on their IDs and how much payment was made. As soon as we receive the information and there is something wrong in it, action will be taken. The veterinary officer has also said that a separate investigation will be conducted at the local level.
Veterinary Officer Dr Anil Kumar Singh said that from January to March this year, 100% vaccination was done in the district against the target of 615400 vaccines. HS vaccination in the district has been done 547000 times from June till now this year. A total of 145000 cows were to be vaccinated to protect them from Lumpi disease, especially in cows, out of which 58200 vaccines have been received so far and out of this, 18500 vaccines have been administered.
The remaining 73600 vaccines will also be administered. He said that there are a total of 433000 cows in the district, out of which 339000 are breedable cows. So far, artificial insemination of 180841 big animals has been done while the target is 339000.
