Earthquake tremors were felt in two states of the country within the last 24 hours. On Sunday afternoon, earthquake tremors were felt in Bikaner of Rajasthan, while on Monday early morning, earthquake tremors were felt in Kullu of Himachal Pradesh. According to the information, the earthquake tremors came at 6:50 am, which created panic among the people. Its intensity on the Richter scale was measured at 3.4. Tremors were also felt in some areas of the districts around Kullu. However, no damage has been reported. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of five kilometers inside the ground in Kullu. 

Earthquake tremors were also felt in areas around Kullu such as Mandi and some areas of Shimla district. As soon as the earthquake tremors were felt, many people came out of their houses and there was an atmosphere of panic among the people. Let us tell you that Himachal Pradesh falls in seismic zone four and five in terms of earthquake. In this, Kangra, Chamba, Lahaul, Kullu and Mandi of the district are very sensitive areas in terms of earthquake.

There was an earthquake in Bikaner too

Earthquake tremors were felt in Bikaner, Rajasthan on Sunday. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), a moderate earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale hit the Bikaner region of Rajasthan on Sunday afternoon. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 10 km, with coordinates 27.76 N and longitude 73.72 E. Although there is no news of any loss of life or property so far, people have panicked due to the sudden tremors.
