The Bachchan family is in the news every day for some reason or the other. The last few months have been very difficult for Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. Due to Junior Bachchan liking a divorce post and Aishwarya not having a wedding ring on her hand, rumors started spreading that all is not well between the two. Even the rumors of their divorce gained momentum. However, Abhishek put an end to all the news of divorce during the promotion of I Want to Talk. 

Now once again the Bachchan family is in the news, but this time the reason is their daughter Aaradhya. According to reports, Aaradhya Bachchan has recently approached the court, after which the court has issued notices to many websites, let's know in detail what is this whole matter. 

After Aaradhya Bachchan's petition, the court sent a notice 

Bar and Bench has shared a post on its official X account, in which it is told that the lawyer of the Bachchan family had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court regarding misleading news on the website against Aaradhya Bachchan . In this case, the Delhi High Court has issued a notice against Google, Bollywood Times and many other websites. In the petition, an appeal has also been made to give a decision regarding the misleading information about Aaradhya in the media.

In this case, Justice Mini Pushkarna heard all the arguments of the Bachchan family's lawyer and accepted that some of the uploaders and respondents did not appear in court in the case. As a result, their opportunity to say anything in their own defense is now over. 

When will the court hear this case next?

Now the next hearing of this case will be held in the court on 17 March 2025 i.e. next month. Let us tell you that this legal action has been taken keeping in mind the privacy and health safety of the minor daughter Aaradhya of the Bachchan family. 

Earlier in the year 2023, the Delhi High Court had banned several YouTube channels for sharing incorrect information about the health of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya. The court had emphasized that whether it is a celebrity child or a common kid, every child deserves respect and dignity. Sharing incorrect information about the physical and mental health of any child is completely unacceptable in the law.
