
Castrol India has released the results for the quarter ended December after the market closed on Monday. The company has also announced dividend along with the results. The company said in an exchange filing that the company's profit in the third quarter of FY 2025 has increased to Rs 271 crore, which is a growth of 12 percent from Rs 242 crore in this quarter a year ago. In the December quarter, the company's income has increased by 7.1 percent to Rs 1,354 crore, which was Rs 1,264 crore in this quarter a year ago.
The company's EBITDA increased to Rs 376 crore in the December quarter from Rs 329 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company's EBITDA margin increased from 26 per cent to 27.7 per cent year-on-year. Dividend announcement The company has announced a dividend of Rs 9.5 per share for its investors. The company said that for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, it has recommended a final dividend of Rs 9.5 per share of face value of Rs 5, which includes a special dividend of Rs 4.5 per share. Share performance The company's stock closed at Rs 176.70 on Monday, down 0.52 per cent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a decline of 10.80 per cent.
