The board of India's largest mining company Coal India Limited has announced the third quarter results for the financial year 2024-25. The company said that it has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 5.60 on a face price of Rs 10. The record date for declaration of second interim dividend on equity shares has been fixed as Friday, January 31, 2025.
The second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 will be paid by February 26, 2025. Earlier, Coal India had paid an interim dividend of ₹ 15.75 and a final dividend of ₹ 5 in this financial year. Apart from this, the company has also announced its results for the December quarter (Q3FY25).
