Gyanvapi Case News: Hearing was held in the district court today on Saturday (5 October) regarding different cases related to Varanasi Gyanvapi. During this, Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain was also seen arguing on behalf of the Hindu side. During today's hearing, the displeasure of the Hindu side was also seen.

During this, advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain says that the hearing of the Gyanvapi case has been delayed for the last 11 months. This has clearly affected the case and that is why the advocate of the Hindu side put forward the view in the district court that all the cases related to Gyanvapi including the 1991 original suit should be heard together in the district court. Now the next date for the Gyanvapi case has been fixed for October 19 in the district court of Varanasi.

Gyanvapi case should be transferred to Allahabad High Court

Talking to ABP News regarding the Varanasi Gyanvapi case, Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said that today we have a special demand regarding the matter related to the Gyanvapi case that this sensitive case should now be heard by the Allahabad High Court. A bench of three judges should conduct the original trial in the Allahabad High Court.

We have filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this. This is a matter related to faith, there is a possibility of legal and constitutional contradiction. Therefore, the entire case should be heard in the High Court and it should be heard under the fast track court there. Earlier we saw that the case of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi was also heard in the High Court. Apart from this, there are 15 such civil suits related to Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Idgah, which are being heard in the Allahabad High Court.

The Hindu side is angry with the delay in the hearing

The Hindu side says that there has been no significant progress in the trial of the Gyanvapi case since January 31. Therefore, the original trial should now be held in the Allahabad High Court. The Hindu side even says that there are chances of many contradictions arising in the district court of Varanasi. Contradictory orders can be passed. Therefore, the hearing of the Gyanvapi case of Varanasi should be held in the High Court under the fast track court. Now the hearing of the Gyanvapi case will be held on October 19 in the district court of Varanasi.
